A new sports lounge has made its debut in South End.

Located at 225 Tremont Avenue, Blinders promises a unique experience and unparalleled viewing for sports fans and casual visitors. It officially opened its doors on March 20.

Blinders boasts one of the largest screens on the East Coast, measuring 60 feet wide and 15 feet tall. Coupled with what management describes as a state-of-the-art audio system, the bar aims to merge the energy of sports viewing with a modern, elevated lounge aesthetic.

Unlike a typical sports bar, Blinders emphasizes a more lounge-like ambiance with plush interiors, ample seating and elevated design features. The bar offers a full menu of drinks, including wine, beer, cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages.

Signature drinks, like the Julito — a housemade cocktail that features whisky, citrus and mint — for $14, generally range from $11 – $15. Zero-proof beverages range from $6 – $9. The Winning Shot, a nonalcoholic drink made with blackberries and soda water, is $7.
