February may be famous for being the month of love, but Charlotte restaurants are proving that there is more to the month than just chocolate and cupid. As the days and nights get colder, local restaurants are hosting events that are sure to heat things up.

In addition to not-to-be-missed events, we are also highlighting some recent news in the Queen City culinary world. This month, Charlotte becomes the 11th location for the Tasting Collective, a members-only pop-up dining experience. The Charlotte Tasting Collective will kick off on Feb. 3 at Haberdish (additional details below).
