In Plaza Midwood, Japanese restaurant Uchi opened in late March at the new Commonwealth development, with sister concept Uchibā — an izakaya-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant — set to debut upstairs April 3. James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole is behind both establishments.
