Viva Chicken, a Charlotte-based Peruvian chicken restaurant with plans to open two Greenville locations, will host its “Hot, Fresh and Gone” pop-up event on April 29 at Birds Fly South Ale Project at 1320 Hampton Ave. in Greenville.
During the event, which will run from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. or until supplies run out, the eatery’s cofounders, Chef Bruno Macchiavello and Randy Garcia will hand out the company’s signature Pollo a la Brasa, charcoal-fire-roasted chicken.
