Fast casual restaurant VIVA Chicken has launched a new mobile app featuring a brand new Point System. In addition to online ordering and scanning at the register, the VIVA Insider app’s new loyalty program allows Insiders to earn points to redeem free items, exclusive rewards, and unlock new status levels based on use.

For every $1 spent, guests can accumulate points and free churros on their birthday. The more points they accumulate, the higher the status and the more access they receive to exclusive rewards, free VIVA items, gifts, and special events invites.

Guests level up to Signature Sauce Status when they have earned 50,000 points. Signature Sauce Status is reserved for the elite VIVA Insiders.

This status level unlocks VIVA’s best rewards, including exclusive invites to signature events reserved for only VIVA Insider Elites. Every $1 spent earns 13 points and a lifetime of loyalty perks.
