The Menagerie Hospitality Group, led by local tech entrepreneur Daniel Weiss, is behind that venture.

“People are looking for unique experiences, and this will offer a super niche outlet for those interested in cigars, superior whiskies and community,” Weiss says.

Expect that location to offer a diverse list of hand-selected whiskies and a full humidor with thousands of mild, medium and full-bodied cigars. Plans call for an in-house-created, seasonal craft cocktail menu, wines, local beers and a full espresso bar.

Private, concierge-style membership options will be available as well.

“We are excited to provide a sophisticated location in which to do business, exchange ideas and to enjoy,” Weiss says.

Overcash Demmitt Architects has been tapped for design development. The project will feature a custom built-in humidor and a HVAC air purification system.
