University City Partners are introducing their first annual UCity Lights Winter Celebration on Friday, Dec. 1, from 5 to 9 p.m. at The Shoppes at University Place.

This event, presented by Truliant Federal Credit Union, is free admission that anyone can attend and will include holiday activities for everyone to participate in. There will be a 22-foot tree lighting ceremony at 7 p.m., and the tree will continue to stand for the rest of the month.
