Viva Chicken – This is a Peruvian rotisserie chicken joint, that specializes in fresh, authentic Peruvian cuisine. Their menu is simple, with chicken, salads, and sides, most of which is made without dairy. They do offer a quick glance allergen menu, which includes sauce details.
