UNC-Charlotte hosted the annual Charlotte Kids Fest on Sunday.

The festival is unlike any other, offering tons of hands-on science experiments for kids to enjoy.

“We want to make sure that Charlotte serves as a place where our kids are being nurtured, in creativity nurtured with arts but also nurtured with science,” Keith Stanley, the CEO and president of University City Partners, said.

The festival brings tons of creative and innovative activities for kids of all ages.

“Let the kids explore that world but also be exposed to the world. So we have our neck sciences and its engineers here right in Charlotte,” Stanley said.
