A brand new yet-to-be-named Spanish tapas food stall is preparing to debut later this year in Charlotte’s Optimist Hall at 1115 N Brevard St.

Customshop’s chef and owner, Andres Kaifer, and managing partner, Alex Bridges, expect to open the new Spanish-influenced concept within the food hall in Summer 2024, according to Charlotte Observer. The unnamed food stall will sit between Village Juice and Boxcar Betty’s. Kaifer will use family recipes to create the menu, which will include bocadillos, shareable plates, tortilla Española, patatas bravas, Kaifer’s famous flan, and other sweets…
