Moxie Mercantile has signed the lease to its third and largest store location, which will open in May at 159 N. Trade St.

The vintage and modern community-centric shop has become a staple in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood neighborhood and Davidson.

Opening the Plaza Midwood store in 2015 was a life goal and labor of love for Michelle Castelloe, whose background was corporate-focused as the brand director for Anthropologie.
