Viva Chicken, a restaurant centered on Peruvian cuisine, has launched its winter menu.

A highlight of the updated menu is steak saltado, a traditional Peruvian dish utilizing Latin and Asian flavors. Similar to a chopped steak, the stir fry is made with onions, tomatoes, cilantro and french fries. Rice accompanies the wok-seared dish.
