West Charlotte development lands tenants
A $140 million adaptive-reuse project in the Seversville, Wesley Heights and Enderly Park neighborhoods has signed its first three tenants. The project, called Lower Tuck, consists of three buildings.
The three tenants include a global manufacturer’s headquarters, interior design firm and marketing agency, according to developer Third & Urban, and all three are expected to move in by the spring.
