THEIR STORY
Comal Taco Co. is an Arizona-inspired taco concept by restaurateur Shang Skipper opening at Optimist Hall in winter of 2025. The menu, designed by Chef Partner Andres Kaifer of Customshop, features tacos, signature cheese crisps, and simple, bold flavors crafted for everyday enjoyment.
