Chopt Creative Salad Co. opened Jan. 15 at The Mall at Green Hills, 2126 Abbott Martin Road, Nashville, according to a social media post from the company. The restaurant, which offers salads, bowls and wraps, is hosting a soft opening from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m. Visitors will receive a free entree with any donation made to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee.
