Helmed by Chef Shari Lynne Robins, each handroll comes to life—crafted with care, precision, and top-tier ingredients. With a streamlined menu that puts quality front and center, SHARIGATO is all about delivering a premium, fast-casual experience.
To keep things easy and immersive, SHARIGATO will operate on a first-come, first-served basis—no reservations needed. For an early taste, catch the SHARIGATO x Night Swim pop-up series at Night Swim Optimist Park on June 29, July 27, and August 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests can enjoy protein and veggie handroll options, two for just $10.
