Eleven local chefs will represent Charlotte at the Charleston Wine + Food Festival this month.

Andres Kaifer — Chef Andres is the owner of the popular Charlotte restaurant Customshop. He will be cooking at ¡Sabor: A Taste of Spain! on Saturday, March 9, and at the Culinary Village on Sunday, March 10.
