The team behind Flower Child and North Italia will bring the first Culinary Dropout location on the East Coast to Charlotte this month.   Known for classic comfort food done right, Culinary Dropout’s electric menu brings the table together around crowd favorites like house-made Soft Pretzels, Provolone Fondue, Fried Chicken drizzled in honey, and 36-hour Slow-Roasted Pork Ribs covered with smoked bacon & jalapeño bbq sauce. They’ll also offer seasonal specials, handcrafted cocktails, and award-winning North Carolina brews on tap.\
