CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This Saturday Moxie Mercantile will be celebrating its 6th birthday at its original Plaza Midwood location with live music, cupcakes, forever linked bracelets, and more.

The birthday celebration, held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., consists of all day fun at Moxie’s flagship store, including:

• Forever Linked bracelets by Barb Peterson of PetersonMade will offer no clasps bracelets that are welded welded onto the wrist.
• Cupcakes and tasty treats will be available and a portion of those profits go to Hattie’s Heroes, a local chapter of Susan G. Komen, to find a cure for breast cancer.
• Live music by DJ Smitty from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

In just six years, Moxie owner Michelle Castelloe has grown her brand in order to open three locations including the flagship store, Moxie’s sister store Betty, and a sassy mobile boutique, Mabel.
