The Lower Tuck adaptive-reuse project on Charlotte’s west side has lined up its first tenants.

That project includes about 260,000 square feet of former distribution space at 929 and 1018 Jay St., 700 Tuckaseegee Road and 800 Gesco St. Another 130,000 square feet will be added in phase two.
