Protagonist Brewery is Charlotte’s newest brewery and they have a great location in the NoDa neighborhood.  We sit down with Brewer Jeremy Claeys and Beer Purveyor Chris Westgard to get the low down on just what they are doing there.  Protagonist isn’t like your everyday brewery. Chris is an advanced cicerone and education of their guests takes first priority.  Jeremy comes by way of Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville to create some unique beer selections.  As they build up their own beer selections you can find some of the best guests tap in the city there now.
