Back in February, we collaborated with Town Brewing Company of Charlotte, NC and Little Brother Brewing of Greensboro, NC on our very first beer and it’s finally ready! The “Wilder Hirsch” is a German Helles inspired by the time our three head brewers spent together studying at Doemens Academy in Munich. We had a blast brewing together and we can’t wait for you to meet the brewers who made this beer possible!
