Chef Andres Kaifer of Customshop and Chef Michael Beltran of Miami’s Ariete and Chug’s Diner will open Roe & Olivia’s later this year, in the former Giovanna’s space in Lower South End, marking the first restaurant the longtime friends + collaborators are opening together.
