Their story
Andres Kaifer brings another concept to Charlotte with longtime friend Michael Beltran of the Michelin starred team at Ariete in Miami. Named after Roe and Olivia, their first-born daughters, born just hours apart on the same day, this is the restaurant they have always dreamed of creating, and their hope is simple: that every guest leaves feeling like they spent the evening in someone’s home.
