Phoenix-born all-day wine bar Postino WineCafe plans to open later this summer inside the Commonwealth development, adding another national concept to the neighborhood’s growing restaurant corridor. Expect a roomy, laid-back spot built for lingering over lunch, dinner and evening drinks.
