Queen’s Feast: Charlotte Restaurant Week has added a dozen new restaurants to its winter lineup.

More than 140 restaurants have signed on to participate in that event, which runs Jan. 17 through Jan. 26.

Restaurant week allows diners to experience mid- to high-end restaurants with menus designed to showcase their best dishes — at a fixed cost. Diners pay $30 or $35 per person for a three-course, prix fixe menu.

Queen’s Feast, which started in 2008, now includes restaurants in 10 counties in the Carolinas.

Twelve first-time participants have signed on for the winter edition. That list includes Cicchetti and La Belle Helene in uptown Charlotte; Indaco in South End; Sensi Italian Restaurant in Rea Farms; Harry’s Grille & Tavern in Ayrsley; Volo Ristorante in Eastover; The Bottle Tree in Belmont; Spice Asian Kitchen in Fort Mill; and Charolais Steakhouse in Hickory.

Reservations during Queen’s Feast are recommended.

Diners can visit CharlotteRestaurantWeek.com to view participating restaurants’ prix fixe menus and make reservations.

It is owned an operated by Hensley Fontana Public Relations.
