New York based Chopt Creative Salad Company is set to open a location in Birmingham. The “farm to fast casual” salad concept will open a location in Vestavia Hills at 708 Montgomery Hwy, Suite 108. The restaurant will open at 10:30 a.m.

The company holds a “Chopt Gives Day” celebration the day before opening a new location, where proceeds from the day-long event benefit a local nonprofit partner. For the Vestavia Hills opening, Chopt will partner with Birmingham’s Jones Valley Teaching Farm, according to a press release.

Guests are invited to order online or through the Chopt app on January 25 from 11:30 a.m to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. One hundred percent of the sales made during those time periods will be donated to Jones Valley Teaching Farm, according to the release.
