Chopt recently opened a new Triad location that features over 60 seats, including communal dining areas, comfortable booth seating, a large outdoor patio area, and playful wallpaper created in partnership with Batabasta, a Spanish design duo. As always, the Chopt team leveraged inspiration from their global travels to inspire this round of destination salads. Each salad demonstrates an innovative take on traditional street food while utilizing their impressive bank of local partners like Roots Hummus, a native to North Carolina.
